Nice haul, Brian. Congratulations!

When given the chance to pick up unmarked vintage
checklists at a bargain, one should jump on it. Even if
you are not collecting the set, they are treasured by
set collectors. Great trade bait.

What shape is the '62 Joe Torre/Del Crandall in?
(I think you made a mistake on the copyright date)

Once again, nice haul.

Hey Richard! Long time no type! Happy new year!

Yeah, I saw these in the bin and have been back three times now! Love vintage, I also don't mind cards that are a little roughed up when they are 30+ years old.

On the '62, it would probably grade out as Good. Rounded corners with white showing. Slight clease from bottom center to right center. Being 50 years now..I think it faces nicely, but for a serious collector, I dont think it would fit the bill.

I noticed one of the 71 checklists this morning was in REALLY nice shape...other than have ONE card checked....so CLOSE!!!

Several of my years may be off prior to '68..my knowledge really starts getting tested at that point, but you are right..it is a 62.

Yes sir, too long, indeed. A prosperous and enjoyable
New Year to you and yours, as well.

I know a guy doing the '62 set and he's psycho
about condition and is constantly looking to
upgrade his collection. He picked one of the
toughest vintage releases ever to find in pristine
condition. The woodgrain borders, centering and
registration are nightmarish on this issue.

It's good to see your posts again and find a
home for the checklist(s).

Vintage at a $0.25 a piece is a good deal unless completely trashed. Nice pickups!
