The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

jrthurmer receives:

1ST payment of 100.00 (+) additional payment to be determined after paypal cost shipping cost and if the case costs more than 1000.00

Additional notes:

the 100 dollars is the 1st of 2 payments. I estimated the box break at 1000.00 (this does not cover paypal and shipping costs nor does it cover if the case costs more than 1000.00) After the case is purchased and packaged up for mail a second paypal payment will be due for the remaining owed (paypal fees, postage, and if the case costs if more than 1000.00 then the excess cost will be divided by 12[#of spots in break] and for each spot the remaining cost will be due). once the second paypal payment is received then the package will be mailed. I have done it this way to try and keep the cost of the break as minimal as possible. This way each participant can choose shipping options. I will provide at no cost the holders and team bags for the cards for I have a lot of extra which I do not use. If the cards are mailed in a bubble envelope there is no charge for the envelope either since I save and recycle envelopes from other transactions.

I won it for 1075.02 i am dividing the extra 75 dollars by 12 (number of spots in the break)= $6.25 per spot. You have 1 spot that is $6.25, the paypal fee for the first payment was $3.20, (this will be part of the second payment) Once we figure in shipping costs I will update the total.

We are still waiting on the Case it was delayed because of an Ice Storm. Hopefully I will get the case within a couple of days. If it is not here by thursday I will Call the Card shop again. He said it was to be mailed either monday or today.

Gypsie has agreed to remain in the break with the same picks. There was a $20.00 increase do to case cost. I am covering all paypal and shipping fees. Gypsie will owe JrThurmer 20.00 paypal when case arrives. May pay JrThurmer@yahoo.com (this is the Paypal account)
