The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

champs387 receives:

15 yankee stdium legacy
-babe ruth
-dimaggio
-billy martin
-johnny mize

and other

dabears67 receives:

2008 allen & ginter (11 base, 3 sp base)

52, 56, 60, 106, 158, 188, 223, 236, 252, 289, 290
301, 302, 314

well im gonna post the info i have to this point.

i didnt get a response from dabears until about day 12 although he was on just about everyday.

on day 12 of this trade i got a PM from dabears saying it was his wife and he got deployed and that i should email her my address.

so either he was online from the day 1 to day 12 of the transaction and didnt send or someone else was on under his name not taking care of his obligations.

either way he has been active and made another transaction a few days ago which doesnt make sense if he was just deployed.

he should also have received my end of the trade by day 12 when he contacted me but hasnt even posted that he received. i checked some of his prior transactions and this has been consistent with his other tranactions.

i sent him another Pm asking that he atleast post that he received his end of the trade. he was on again yesterday.

i guess i have to post here in the open just to cover myself.

the trade really isnt worth the time but i dont want the transaction failed when i held up my end.

I contacted my wife and the card was put in the mail and should be received soon!!!!!! I am really sorry about the screw up on this transaction and apologize profusely. I am deployed and she was in the middle of moving.

was sent on day 23 and the babe ruth and billy martin cards were not included as agreed.

I told you prior to the deal that the Ruth was gone, and I also sent you more than the 15 cards as the deal stated, yet you did not put that in your message. Kind of one sided on your response aren't you.

i just checked all my messages from you and i dont see anything about the babe ruth being gone. it was listed in the transaction and not only did you agree but you quoted it and agreed.

and the billy martin?

yes, you did send more than agreed upon. i didnt want more than agreed upon, just what was agreed upon. i listed those names because those were the players i was looking for that i didnt have. they were in the picture in your photobucket that you said you had.


either way i will agree to close this deal just for it to be over.

A transaction will only be completed when both sides state they "received". At this point you have not posted whether you received what the other member sent. In addition, there seems to be a discrepency between what champs387 received and what was agreed upon. That discrepency needs to be resolved and may require a review of the pms by Bob_TCC to see if a PM was sent regarding the Ruth card.

You and champs387 need to discuss the Ruth/Martin issue via pm or in this topic and determine how you want to move forward to complete this transaction.

dabears67 please post if you have received so at least that part will be finalized. Thanks.

ive asked him to atleast post he received his end which is obvious he has but i understand it needs to be posted.

i did agree to close the transaction without the ruth and martin so that shouldnt be an issue now.

once he posts he received it should be able to be closed.

dabears67 in the future please make sure that the items in the initial post and agreed upon are available for the transaction before agreeing. We intend on monitoring future transactions to ensure this is happening, and if not transaction restrictions will be placed on your account. Thanks.

You just add a post here as you just did, noting "cards received as described" or "cards received with issues" or just plain "received".
