I am on the fence about continuing in this break. I get very little satisfaction over watching boxes of Bowman and DEEE get opened a lightning pace to yield a few mostly worthless autos #'d to 800 of prospects most people know nothing about and too much of the budget is going towards worthless base cards (at least worthless to me....no offense to the base collectors of the world).

Unless we can find a way to either find more participants to increase the break funds, I think my money would be put to better use by buying my own boxes here and there. Unfortunately, I don't expect the paticipant # to increase, so it is doubtful I will continue. I'll keep my eye on it, but unless the product line can be improved, I will probably step aside.

Although I respect Joe and his opinion I disagree to a point..

I have no problem with one box of Bowman or Donruss EEE in a break but I think it should be limited to that OR using a round up method with remaining dollars and lose packs to make up the difference. (Those could be a bowman jumbo or two)

I have not made it a secret how I feel about UD Black. I have never been a fan of that product... To me, in my humble opinion, the value is just not there.
Also I do not think we need to make sure to hit 4 or years. Quality over quantity is something I agree with Joe about.

I would think we could find a happy medium that could make everyone happy. The key to me, again in my humble opinion, is to find a way to make everyone at least partially happy.

I would agree with Joe that I would love to see more members in the break but as he said I do not know if we will find the steady stream for that...

Umm based on kitty for the month how about something like this:
2008 UD SPX (a hit per pack-not all great but still) $95

I wouod not be against it but I would rather see a 2008 or 2009 SPA added and have either the Bowman Platinum or DEEE removed.

No more 08 SPA please. UD is refusing to honor the Gonzalez redemption from the first break with the usual excuse of the redemption being expired and their inventory being depleted...the funny thing is, and maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, I can't find a 2008 Carlos Gonzalez rookie jersey auto #ed to /599 anywhere. As far as I can tell they never even produced the card, let alone depleted their inventories.
