Ok.........here is the deal:
I just got this job as a security guard at a 5-star hotel here in Nashville and they cater to the upper class. I really like the job and I get nice tips to boot.
Well; they are also the main hotel that the NFL teams and TV networks stay at when the Titans have a home game.
Usually the players show up the night before a game, hit the rack, and they checkout.......so we don't really see them that much.
BUT......
The network people stay for up to three or four days. I have meet Chris Collinworth, Al Michaels, Erin Andrews, Bob Costas, Troy Aikman, and Joe Buck.....just to name a few.
My question is:
How do I get autographs and not lose my job?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Any Advice?
Any advice????????????
Ask them when they are not busy if they could sign an autograph. And if you don't want to lose your job, you probably shouldn't be busy either when getting one, lol.
come in on your day off, that way you are not held resonsible as doing something against your job. You are considered off at the time.
This will work, i promise
damond
I didn't get any autographs but everybody was super nice to us.........we escorted them to dinner and then Rascal Flatts (the country singing group) came and picked everybody up in a stretch limo and they went out to drinks in Nashville.
I was assigned to Mr. Dick Ebersol's security detail which was cool.......How many of you knew that he was the producer of SNL and is married to Susan St. James.
Chris Collinsworth and his wife spent most of the night talking about their kids. I thought I was tall at 6'1 but that guy has got to be at least 6'4 or 6'5........and lanky. I couldn't believe how thin he is built wise.
Angela Kramer was quiet and really reserved.........
Bob Costas and Al Michaels didn't hang with the group and basically did their own thing..........
Peyton Mannings wife was also in the hotel but they assigned a female guard to watch her room. She is really nice and drop dead georgeous!!!
I have tomorrow off so I might go down and see if I can get an autograph and pictures.............

I'll post them if I do.............
I knew someone else who worked as a manager at a major hotel where teams and celebrities stayed. The last thing they want is to be hounded by the staff. They go to the hotel to get away from the hounds, not to be followed by them. You will lose your job with the quickness if 1 person complains. Many celebrities and teams have it in their rider with hotel not to be asked by hotel staff for their autos. They can easily take their business elsewhere, and you wouldn't want that on your head.
I'd say wait until your day off as others mentioned.
