Well, it's been a long wait and we had already moved along to 2012 products but as promised we held the team ownership from the prior breaks until this product finally releases which looks like it's finally going to do in mid August. We are running a 2 case break of 2011 Exquisite and you get every card pulled from your team. I have based the budget on 23 teams claimed with 8 draft slots so the final slot in the draft of unclaimed teams will actually get the final 2 teams on the board!

Expected Break Date: Aug 16th
2011 Exquisite Dual Case (6 boxes)
Cost: $123 first team/ $120 each addtl./ $42 Draft Slots
Payment Deadline: Aug 14th
Expected Release Date: Aug 22nd

These are the Exquisite Dimensions card and much like the Shadowbox cards Upper Deck created, pictures just do not do these justice. They are very thick cards where the autograph appears to be floating in the air !!!

Great pics. Just a reminder on how team ownership is determined with these cards. If it's an active player (rookies included) he will go to the team he played the most games with during the 2011 NFL season. If it is a player that retired prior to 2011 it goes to the team that the player played with for the most years during their career.

By the way we still have 5 unclaimed teams in our Hobby #2 group brewak which is tomorrow night. I am offering these up for just $20 per team but you need to act fast. The product list can be found on our website at theboxbreakers dot com but if we can sell some teams we will obviously add a little something to that list. The $20 teams available in that one are;

Ismail base goes to BobKoning (Raiders). I actually randomized this one as he played the same length of time with multiple teams (Raiders - 45 games, Panthers 42 games, Cowboys 39 games). I randomized among the 3 teams and BobKoning won.

That's it guys, some interesting stuff coming out of Exquisite so I'm interested to hear some opinions if this should be included in any of the ongoing monthly breaks? Spendy compared to a 2011 Five Star for instance but a different mix of hits.

I'll try to get the Casebreakers back in the mix as we haven't broke any of the new products for awhile so I'll look at some upcoming releases and try to get a calendar out as soon as I get a chance to get these cards sorted and out.

I personally think that this product delivered.  It really hit some of those teams that dont normally get hits.  The saints are normally hit or miss...this month they were a HIT!  Also, that Cam is huge!

Thanks for the breaks Chris...that was a lot of ripping.

The Exquisite was probably a little better than I was expecting, but I would only include it if the price doesn't get too outrageous. I wouldn't want us blowing our entire high-end budget for just that, but if it stays reasonable, it wouldn't be bad to have every now and then.
