The Official BKB Box Break Club -January

Introduction

Last month was the do or die month as we busted a box of Exquisite and pulled a David Robinson Inscriptions auto, and a redemption card for an uncut sheet of exquisite.

How it Works (Official Rules)

Each member pays $50 ($52 if paying via PayPal). That covers about $470 in boxes, shipping, and supplies. You get two teams (you cannot take a team that has already been taken) of your choice. The remaining 10 teams go to the members via a draft (last month's draft took less than 24 hours). This gives you a total of three teams. Every single card pulled out of a box that has a player from one of your three teams goes to you. The box breaks are done via a video break, so there is no question as to what was pulled.

Fees are due by the 15th. The boxes are ordered and the draft begins as soon as all fees are collected. As soon as the draft completes and the boxes are in, the video breaks are done. The cards are then shipped out by the box breaker as soon as the results have been posted. We decide as a group what boxes to break each month.

Hey guys, time to check in. We have one slot to fill as I will be going back to just one team, as I give up the Thunder ad keep the Spurs. What do you guys want to bust this month. In the last thread both 08-09 Spx and Rookie Threads were suggested which would both be fine with me.

I need to know who is back in and who's out, as I already have been contacted by booth9919, if either the Lakers or Bulls become available

i like sp rookie threads (230ish), spx (150ish), and hot prospects (95ish). when topps t-51 murad and topps hardcourt come out i'd be up for those products but i don't think they'll be around until next month or later.

Total $389.95. This still gives us another $85-$100 to spend

Honestly, the last several month our premier pricing with dacardworld was only a few dollars cheaper than blowout. We aren't loosing much by going with blowout instead of dacardworld. the only thing is that i believe thsoe prices at blowout are sale prices. Who knows how much they will cost when we are ready to order.

I can't confirm that I'll be in this next month, but I've been jonesin' lately. Give me a spot as the Nets this month if you can't find anyone more permanent. The selections sound fine with me thus far as well!
