First of this I've opened! Was waiting for a good deal to pop up. Got this for $50 delivered off Amazon. Let's see what we get:

Pack 1:

Hit!: Reason for the lol....Jack Hughes Young Guns!

First impression - pretty decent design. I like that it's uncluttered. The photography is excellent as expected. Not sure what else to expect at this point, but can just enjoy the rest of the box after that start!

Pack 2:

Hit!: Nikita Gusev Young Guns Canvas - Man imagine if someone bought the top three packs of this box at a store. Really nice looking design.

Hit: UD Game Jersey Paul Stastny Vegas. Nice looking card. First Vegas hit I think I've ever gotten.

And that's it! Definitely more exciting at the beginning. Did not realize retail had so many base packs. Seems like more than before... Not the same excitement as buying hobby box, but the price was right and this was a good box!

Nice hit on the YG. You must have gotten my box. Yeah, there are a bunch of base packs, but I think that is usually how series 1 goes. Series 2 is a little less due to the OPC inserts. Hobby has even less base packs because of the Generation Next and Energy inserts which are only in hobby and the case hits, but you wouldn't get a hobby box for $50.

Sure landing the Jack Hughes YG in pack 1 makes the break more enjoyable.
Not a bad box for retail.

I have 2 boxes of hobby, 1 Collector Tin (from Target with the OPC Glossy Pack),
and 1 Blaster (from Walmart with the 94-95 Rookie Die Cut Tribute pack, 3 cards)
will be breaking soon. Will post my breaks. Hope for some good luck.
