Don't know if this would work, but if you have $60 Paypal and like enough from me, PC included and want to buy $60 worth of cards, I found a nice lot on eBay for sale. You would buy the cards from me and then send the Paypal to the eBay seller. kmk if anyone would want to do this, it's a long shot, I know.
