Not sure on the Messier Time Capsule. In the past Zenith had cards like that, but I think we had agreed ahead as to opening or not opening. I am not sure, maybe Bill can state if there is a rule, but I am not aware of any. The problem is in opening it, you would basically be devaluing the Messier card which is jersey numbered #11/25 to see what is in it. Lets see what Bill has to say and go from there.

If Bill has no hard and fast rule, I think it should go to Rob who has the Rangers. After all, it's a Rangers card, regardless of what can be done with.
