Here’s the deal…

I love the Cleveland Browns – and I love collecting Cleveland Browns cards.

I want to break boxes upon boxes to help build on my PC. There’s one problem, though – I don’t need all the other cards.

That’s where you guys come in. I need 31 dedicated team collectors to sign up and be a part of the fun. Not only will we all get PC cards in the mail each month, but we will make some friends and trading partners in the process.

How it works…

Each month I will order a large number of boxes (with your help choosing the products) and have them shipped to my place. I’m talking around 10 boxes a month on average, sometimes more depending on the products. Then, I will bust them all on camera and ship out your team’s card to your mailbox.

The average month will cost around $40 a person. I will make sure to NEVER go over that amount. However, sometimes it may be cheaper. With that $40 you will get every card of your team from all the boxes we busted (again, this will usually be around 10 or more boxes.)

I personally had a great time busting 2007 products…Leaf Limited, Gridiron Gear, Trilogy, etc. But 2006 was a great class and had some nice products as well. Plus, all the big 2008 products are just around the corner. I will make sure that you guys help me pick AT LEAST half of the boxes each month.

What I need…

I need 31 people to pick their favorite team and join Chrome’s Box Break Club. By joining, you will be locked into the team you choose for as long as you want. You must commit to staying an active member for at least one month, which means you will be sending me $40 (or less) PayPal for our first month’s fee.

Is it 2008 products only or from any year?

Just to clarify, each month we pay $40 and bust about 10 boxes?

Either way, I will probably take the Steelers

It will not be only 2008 products. We will also bust plenty of 07, and possibly some 06. We will get a better feel for what our group likes after we get more sign-ups. The more recent the product the better in my opinion.

As for the money - $40 PayPal a month should get us at least 10 boxes. Look at it this way, 10 boxes x $100 per box = $1,000. Having 32 members x $40 a month = $1,280. So we should always be able to do around 10 boxes.

Should I mark you down for the Steelers?
