i received a pm from brewers#1, which suggested that he had still not sent the $15. He is now trying to trade me cards for the Hawk and I have declined.

Bob, can you ask brewers if he wants to still send the $15 or close the transaction. If possible please give him a deadline as this is a card I could have sold to someone else by now.

i just received a message from brewers#1 stating he was not going to send the money. Therefore, it sounds like he is cancelling this agreement.

What do we do next? Because I would hate for this transaction to go against me.

When you say Monday, do you mean 6/18/07?

First, I did not accuse you of anything. Instead, I simply asked for an update.

Second, you mailed the payment on 6/18/07 which means we're looking at less than 5 days since it's been mailed. Therefore, you should not have accused bcoger of anything.

Finally, you're admitting that you took 18 days to mail your end of this sale. Considering that, I would think that you'd be the last person involved with this transaction to be making accusations and looking for an argument.

no! I still have not received anything. And no I have not sent as our agreement was that you send first, then I send. I am not here to cheat anyone out of $12. I am a Christian and there would be no reason for stealing $12 from you, as it is not worth the price of living in hell. Like Bob said, you took 18 days to mail and we had to change our agreement for you to actually send that. So, please do not defame my name and make it seem like I am the bad trader. Once I receive the money and cards, I will notify you and send you your card. Thank you.

i just got back from checking the mail. Ireceived and opened the leter from brewers#1 at 3:09pm Pacific Standard Time. I hope this is enough information for him. I will post when I send out his card.
