Ok as a Canadian its getting harder to trade with people in the states

But this happen to me today a guy on another site has a card I need so was going to buy it off of him bv on card $12 was going to give him $5 for the card and $5 S&H He says he has to take it to the post office so he wants $3 for Gas To go to the post office now I heard everthing

said I pass and get the card from someone else

Insane! Shipping prices are ridiculous though as it costs $7 to mail a package from the US to Canada and around $3 for within the US.

brian I find this a lot when trying to trade or buy Blue jays cards the hockey guys know that a lot of there traders or buyers are from Canada the people that have the blue jay cards up for sell must know that maybe 95 percent live in Canada that collect them it getting so bad a lot will not ship to Canada now that's why I have had couple send to paul

Try $13 to Finland that I just sent out, on a $30 sale, Mike, I feel you when trades cost you more, but to pay gas also, I would report that guy to a Mod. I see asking for shipping cost but that does take the cake.

No problem Mike doing it the way we have it, What, two cards, two stamps and the cards are perfectly fine when you receive? Did they make it to you okay?

what kills us here is tracking to USA it $16 but only had to do that once

Well maybe someday they will invent a transporter that will link right to an email. Or maybe someday we will all have 3d printers at home so we can just print our own copy.

Tracking used to be $29.95 to Canada from US, with postal increase the $8 cost sometimes you can track with Customs Number and other times it doesn't show where/when it was dlvd, so if you want real tracking I think it still starts at the first price and up from there if you want a signature or proof of delivery. Really no way around it as shipping in anything besides a bubble mailer is just just asking for headaches when trading/selling.
