23 Feb 2015 TCC Baseball Group Break hosted by 5toosweet (Abel) My team Nationals normally no draft or assigned random teams, unclaimed teams usually have hits and inserts randomly given away. I didn't have any "hits" from the break so another breaker was very kind and offered up his base from his teams Orioles and Mariners. Love me some O's just as well as my Nats.

2013 Topps Baseball MLB Chipz To the best of my knowledge they are not numbered but each player has 5 variations (base, silver, gold, magnetic, and glow in the dark). The Nationals have 5 players represented: Bryce Harper, Stephen Strasburg, Ryan Zimmerman, Gio Gonzalez and Michael Morse. The only other player I am interested in these is Adam Dunn (White Sox) Here are the Nationals I got 5 chipz total 3 players:

Got a huge batch of Redskins cards for a generic trade via email. In exchange I owe some Baseball 80s-present with some specifics. The Skins were varied years with players that include: Lavar Arrington, Clinton Portis, Santana Moss, Patrick Ramsey, Heath Shuler, Michael Westbrook, and Ryan Kerrigan. Those aren't the only players but a few that pop up more than once.

Package 1 Sportlots lot of 165 OPC 1984 Baseball w/some Dupes helped fill major holes in that set for me. Auction was $5.50 +$5.50 shipping. Not bad not that great either. With the snowy wet weather we have had these last few days the flat rate box was a little wet. The cards fortunately didn't get damaged. They are a little musty smelling and of course have that 1980s Topps card bend/curve to them. Eventually they will be put into a binder to "flatten out".

Package 2 I got from a member from the Sports Card Forum (SCF) I hadn't been there for a long time but had some private messages from a few days/weeks back. So for roughly $40 ($42 really with postage) I got 8 more cards to help with my STRIVE FOR '65 Set BUILD well 7 one is a dupe. That is a $5/card average which is about right for the commons in this set. I am at 1/3 of the way through (a little over 200 cards for the almost 600 card set) and it looks like my goal of having the FULL SET by APRIL 4 will not happen. If I am lucky I might be able to get the other almost 400 cards by the end of this year still somewhat making my goal for completion for the 50th Anniversary. (I might not be around in 25 years for the 75th I'd like to be but no guarantee on that) Here is what I got the last card is about 1/4 of the price:

560 Boog Powell Orioles - This was the most spensive at $15 (I think it was actually knocked down to $10 but with the other cards its hard to tell I didn't have them itemized) part of the cost is it is GRADED yes one of the things I usually avoid. It is PSA Ex-Mt 6. I will have to free it from it's plastic cell, unless I can get a less spensive copy from the Bay to put in my '65 binder.
