We only have 12 members so I am thinking we have around a $250-260 budget depending on supplies (12*$26=$312 less paypal fees $10 = $302 less $3 mail * 10 mailed packages = $30 so that puts us a $270 and roughly $10-20 for supplies leaves us at $250-260).

I think we should include Artifacts if released on time and then depending on when we are breaking maybe something else new from Panini???

I put the UD S1 and S2 in due to the low price, rookies, and variation in years of products, but we can change any of these up as long as we stay within the budget. We could do this with Group B and keep hits up, but give up some rookies in the process:
