United States Post Office Delivery Confirmation. It tracks the drop off and delivery date of packages with this tag on it. If you go to USPS.com I think it is, you can enter the code that I gave you and it will tell you where and when I dropped off the package. It will also tell you when the package was received by your post office and then when it was delivered to your house. This is great if a package goes missing. It helps them find it easier.
