That's probably the highest valued collection of one player I have ever seen. All that stuff is from his rookie year meaning each one of those cards would sell for a ridiculous amount. Truly amazing. I don't even want to know how much you spent to get all that stuff but I bet it's around $50,000. What do you plan on doing with it all? I know some of those cards alone would sell for at least $1,000 individually.

Yes these are all from '04. I do have extensive collections of Big Bens cards from '05 and '06 as well. I have some stuff from '07 but I am scaling back a bit on the newer issues. I have no idea how much I have spent and probably wouldnt want to know the total. As for what I am going to do with it all?....well for right now I enjoy having the collection and I am adding a card here and there as certain ones become available. Maybe if Big Ben wins another Super Bowl or 2, I'll think about selling.

I have been collecting Big Ben's cards since he was drafted by the Steelers in '04. I am constantly scanning E-Bay and trade sites for cards, and this is the 1st one of these I can recall ever seeing. It goes to show that persistence can pay off....

Wow, to say you have an awesome Big Ben collection would be an understatement. Hopefully i can get my Marion Barber collection to that point someday. Good luck in the future and unless you really need the money at some point down the road i would think twice about selling it. You'll probably regret someday

....I was leary about picking up one of these as there are so many fakes out there thanks to Fleer's bankruptcy sale. However I bought this one from a fellow collector I trust and it appears to be the real deal. I now need to add only one more card to complete the Beckett Rookie Rolodex list of all of the '04 Big Ben RCs. No big deal I guess but I'd like to be able to say I have all of his RCs...

....because it was my 1st Big Ben auto and its the only one I've ever pulled.

.....the one on the right.

3. Best "steal"?

.....off the top of my head I would say this one. It was mis-listed on E-Bay so I didnt have much competition for it. Last one I saw went for about 3X what I gave for this.

4. What cards have slipped your grasp that you wish you hadn't let go?
....I havent let any of them go.....

5. What are the top 3 Whales on your list?
1. LCM Mirror Black Shield Logo Patch

.....and Road Runner I always look for 264/ cards for you but never seem to find any. I think you already have most of them

I know you look, but I swear someone is hording that SPx Big Ben...it was sweet looking graded PSA 10. Just didn't pull the trigger. Its got to show up sometime, probably a show in Central PA somewhere....
