I received the cards.
While I'm pleased with the cards and am not upset, the game-used cards did have some rounded and worn corners, and there were some edge scuffs. On one card in particular, the game-used ball card, there was a crease leading from the corner of the ball to the edge of the card. While that may have occurred due to production, it would have been helpful to know it was there.
One thing that may have caused the scuffed corners would have been the fact that the cards were packaged in a 100-plus count two-piece card holder. Since the holder left the cards no "breathing room," and since the cards were in penny sleeves which had corner damage due to the tightness of the holder, the card corners may have been damaged this way.
Like I said: I'm very pleased with this trade and do not intend to send them back or leave bad feedback for Charlie. I just advise him to use toploaders and even team bags next time he sends cards. The hundreds of commons he sent me didn't have to be packaged any special way, but single cards should have been.
This trade, though it took a while, was successful and I had a good time trading with Charlie. He practiced great communication and willingness to provide shipping information whenever I asked.
