I entered this into Panini's website and it took. I rec'd the auto reply so maybe. it looks to just be a serial number rookie and not an auto or gu so I'm not is won't hurt near as bad as if it were an auto or gu. commons due book for $15 though.

Glad to hear that, hope they get that to you soon. I would think it would be more than a base rookie though, as it seemed like it would be a hit.

There was reports Panini was not sending out hockey but just seen some on facebook pages that people got some redemption in the last couple days hope to get mine soon

That would surprise me as I thought the last time the switch happened the NHL worked out deals with the dropped companies to complete that kind of stuff within a reasonable timeframe.

I currently have 11 outstanding Panini redemptions: 5 for hockey and 6 for football.

The oldest hockey if from March 2014, and the oldest football is from February 2012.

When I click on "Follow Up and Respond" to try to let them know I would take a replacement card, all I get is an acknowledgement that that my redemption request was submitted.

No idea what I will receive, if anything.

I would try calling them on the ones you want to replace. I had an issue like that and I called and ended up talking with someone to get it taken care of. My only issue was they had no Pens cards of known players to exchange it for when I did it. At least that was what they told me until the package arrived.

I normally enter another request under general info to ask about the geno smith contenders I am waiting on and get th3 reply. it has a contact number if you want to try calling it.

We are still waiting on the autographs from that player. With redemptions we have a contract with the player. It does not however allow us to place a time frame on the athletes. The player’s agent will set up the signing with him around their own scheduling. When the signatures are done and returned to us then we process and send them out. After the 4 month wait has expired, the customer may request that we send out a random pulled card of equal (current) Beckett value as a trade or may continue waiting for the actual card. Panini America will not replace a card without the customer requesting a replacement be shipped. Please let us know if you would like any of your four month or older cards to be replaced by creating a general information ticket and referencing the request numbers (for example: 123456) for each card or by calling 800-852-8833 and letting a representative know the ticket number you would like to be replaced.
