Just apologized to him via PM. I ran into some trouble and didnt get the package out. Than I lied to him and told him I had sent thinking i could get it out the next day and was unable to. I am sending today with some extras according to his wantlist with DC and Insurance. I know this makes me look bad but we all do make mistakes. Im not making an excuse as I know I was in the wrong but I promise it wont happen again.
