He had uncurable ulcerative colitis and had surgery to have his colon removed. He had a comeback with the Warriors in 2006 that lasted 2 months. He plays in Poland now for Prokom Trefl Sopot, I think.

When his shot was falling he was leathal. Tons of injuries nobody could see coming other than the colitis hurt him in the NBA. A lot of guys with the serious potential he had flame out from being lazy or off court issues, but with him it was simply a string of terrible injuries.
I still contend he could have been a better 6th man than Vinny Johnson with his ability to come into a game cold and light it up. Very few players can have that type of impact on a game.
