Found another lot today. This ad said he had THOUSANDS of cards for $30 but included complete sets including 1997 Collectors Choice Football, 1996 Topps Baseball Hobby and 1995 Topps Baseball. I like to find singles, but having the opportunity to pick up a set with BV of $120, two other sets PLUS singles was enough to get me out and look at it...and end up buying it...

The nice thing about this lot is that it wasn't cherry picked..Found lots of Bonds, Ripkens and Ryans...will give the highlights over the next few days again..

It wasn't nearly as big of a lot as the others..maybe lucky to have 1500-2000 cards besides the sets...

Included three binders with maybe 500 cards that seem to be mostly commons, will dig into those later..

There are 3 pins from Chevron including Gaylord Perrym McCovey and Mays. This collector seemed to be a fan of the Giants. Though not in NM condition, they do appear to be in pretty good condition complete with the promo cards...I do believe I have the complete set.

a little Reggie White "Minister of Defense" flyer apparently for his book by the same name. I haven't been able to figure out if the signature on the front is an auto or a litho..he had mentioned something about possibly some autos as apparently his dad had done something for some groups..

Will add some cards that I pull out as I go...

I also found a small case at the bottom of the box..with 7 cards....in very good condition from 1969 including Jim Otto and John Mackey, and a four panel card with Johnny U!

That seems a very nice surprise

It has also included an assortment of 71-85 cards, but mostly of common players...

I also saw earlier some Mother Goose cards including 2 Ryans, plus another unopened cello pack of the same type of cards with Ryan on the back...and some other cards...

it hasn't yielded as many "nice" cards as I would have liked...but I have found the Mays Pin goes pretty reliably for about $6 on the bay...hopefully I can get $10 for the set...about 100 cards star cards I can put in my quarter binders....

It also had three card plaques including a dual for Montana and a single for Ryan, so I should be able to put some decent cards in those and move them along..

Found a couple of the Pinnacle coins, one the bronze and one a nickel...

plus alot of supplies again...

The sets are very well taken care of in the original packing...should be well worth the money just for those.
