Don't follow basketball enough, but does someone being perfect from the free throw line happen a lot, especially with that many? I could see maybe 10/10 or 2/2s, but that is a lot of free throws.

It doesn't happen as much as you would think. Williams along with Steve Nash, Ray Allen and Jose Calderon are always virtually perfect from the free throw line. When other guards such as Rajon Rondo and other young guards struggle from the line.
