I hate this topics because people act like such idiots when it comes to business in america in general. I support my country ( I'm currently in the military) but there is simple facts about our great country.

1. People will sell there soul to the devil to make a quick buck, meaning truthfully NFL Teams can care less about what Vick did as long as they stand to make a nice profit off him.

2. People are quick to forget, meaning let vick go to a team and take them to the superbowl or win the superbowl. Hell he could have a great season and people would care less what he did for example Kobe, Ray Lewis, Jamal Lewis the list goes on. Pacman Jones sucks and he got another chance and probably get another one.

3. People Love to judge and hate a Villian. Think about how much press good or bad because all press is good any team will get for signing him to a team! Picketers all that good crap. Its gonna be a circus but bottom line is if you like it or not if Mike Vick comes out of jail in NFL shape he will be back in the League. Like all players say that been with a team for a while and get shipped out, like whats about to happen to LT in San Diego, the NFL is a business!!!!

Even so wouldn't you rather trade a 2nd or 3rd rd pick then end up in a highest contract bidding war? Say he is cut then highest offer wins and we all know how dumb some of the leagues GMs are when it comes to overpaying. Personally I would rather see that, so that he ends up taking up someone's cap money, but if you are on the other side, why not trade for it and then figure your price. He plays or he sits, is much bigger leverage for a team then an open bidding war.
