Everywhere I look photobucket seems to be the choice amongst collectors for storing their trading card photos. However, I've considered building a an alternative that is tailored just for trading cards. It would have multiple options that could be selected, for each card uploaded, that would make organizing and browsing those buckets a lot simpler.
I've got some ideas that I think would work, but would you use it? I'd like to make sure there is some interest in it, and that it would be used, before spending hundreds of hours building it.
So, let's hear from other collectors.
Its a great idea, and a lot of people would use it for sure. If its easy to use, unlike photobucket which is starting to bug a lot people lol
I hate the new photobucket format, and I'll be forced to use it soon. It'd be a pain to transfer everything over, but I'd probably check it out.
I enjoyed the Gallery here, but I've ran out of allotted storage room.
I agree with Mark about being easy to use. User friendly. The new photobucket format is NOT user friendly. the last couple of times I've tried using my photobucket I had to go into "edit" my pics just to see what was in the sub-albums or to see all of the albums available.
Thanks for the replies y'all. What are some features that y'all feel like are "must haves"?
A good means of sorting. Once I have uploaded pictures, I want to be able to sort by title, file name, date uploaded, etc. Need that for sure, primarily by title.
Currently looking for members to help "shape" this new site, and test it for errors. If anyone is interested, please PM me.
