Have not heard from this kid. he never posted random teams or cards or any updates. Have nor received a refund and have not received any cards...

In order to help fill in the "communication gap", I looked into this further. When asked above, 28Vikings28ALLDY provided a link to http://www.tradingcardcentral.com/forums/?showtopic=182918. Within that topic, I do see where you agreed to purchase 2 spots in a group box break.

Now, rather than communicate through the use of replies in the topic, 28Vikings28ALLDAY apparently just kept adding YouTube links to his original post - assuming that the members in his group box break would just know to look there. Obviously, that was a bad assumption on his part.

In any event, the topic contains a link to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNqoCw6YA8A. The video shows the use of Random.org to assign teams to the members of this group box break. From watching the video, I see that you were assigned the Cowboys and the Eagles.

Then, the topic contains a link to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rfUAM0CYy60. The video shows the box being opened. From watching the video, I see that there weren't any cards pulled for the Cowboys or the Eagles.

So, based on this, do you agree that there weren't any cards pulled for your teams in this group box break?

Thanks for the response.

The nature of group box breaks is indeed that each participant may or may not receive "great pulls" or even any cards at all. Therefore, such transactions are viewed as purchasing the opportunity to take part in the group as well as any cards that result from that opportunity.

This sale is now closed as complete.
