The only Star Wars set I see from topps 93/94 is star wars galaxy it shows no artwork cards unless they are part of the reg set!

Yes, they are from the series called Star Wars Galaxy. ALL of the cards feature artwork from various artists who worked on the movie, comics, posters, and concept art.

Also, can you explain what you did in your thread? None of these are complete sets. If you are telling me I should be getting more for the cards, that's great... but explain this to me?
