To help further expand the TCC Collector Zone community, we are asking for help from you - our current members.

If you know other collectors that would also enjoy taking part in our new community, why not invite them to join us? In fact, there's no better time to do just that! Starting today and running through midnight (EST) on May 31, 2005, our Member Get A Member Drive and Contest will let you track your new member referrals in a head-to-head contest to win the following prizes:

2004 The National Exclusives Allen Iverson McFarlane Figure (4008 total)

2004 The National Exclusives LeBron James McFarlane Figure (6000 total)



According to the May 2005 Tuff Stuff price guide, this prize package has a total value of $60 (up from $55 in April)!

Here are the rules:

1. Each member that you refer must document that referral by posting to the official results thread located here. It is your responsibility to make sure your referrals document that they are a new member because you referred them to the site.

2. A minimum of 10 referrals is required to win the prize package.

3. Do not create multiple user accounts and do not contact any new members that you did not refer to the site and request that they post your name. Please focus on referring those collectors that you know and would truly like to see join us! Quality referrals are expected since you will need to contact them and ask that they register and then document your referral.

4. All registered members may take part in the drive and contest - no matter how long you've been a member. This way, everyone can take part, but those members that have been here the longest are rewarded by having the advantage of more time.

5. At midnight on May 31, 2005, the official results thread will be closed and the winner will be determined. We will simply add up the number of referrals for each member and then award the prize package to the member that has received the most documented referrals (as long as they have met the minimum requirement). If no member has reached the minimum requirement, the member with the most referrals will be allowed to choose one of the figures as an appreciation gift for their efforts.

Glad to hear that you like the site.

Word of mouth will certainly be the way that the site grows the most over time. I would just ask that everyone be careful not to get in trouble with the other sites since many of them do not like to have collectors post links to other sites.

That's part of the reason why the referral process is more manual right now. The idea is that it will be good to get other collectors that you talk to through AOL, IM or e-mail rather than just anyone. If we develop a core group of good, solid collectors to start, things will grow from there.

Then, later, we'll add an easy-to-use referral system that automatically credits you with any referrals.

I was thrilled to death to recieve my prize of the McFarlane Allen Iverson Figure.What a beautiful figure it is and the detail right down to the tatto's are outstanding!

I must tell the rest of you that it was well worth my time to get the word out to all the collector friends I know.It just proves that good things happen when you put out a little effort
