Well I'm hoping Von Miller drops to 13, but I wouldn't be too upset with some help in Detroit's secondary.

You should give reasons why you expect these players to go when you do. That could make for an interesting read.

Posted by: chiefsfan101 Jan 9 2011, 10:03 PM

I really hope Mallett drops to KC, because they need a QB really BAD!

Posted by: yilduz Jan 9 2011, 10:05 PM

That's a long way to drop - but we have a long way to go until April.
Chiefs may need to trade up for that one, though.

yea, or maybe there's a character issue that people shy away from him. I've heard from people that have met him, that he is very cocky, and just not a nice person. or something from the combine.

Posted by: jwman92 Jan 9 2011, 11:01 PM

New England is definitely gonna move one of their first rounders.

yeah but i can't predict what/whom the trade with

Posted by: aceecards Jan 10 2011, 01:52 PM

id love to see blackmom fall to the rams but after a combine workout im afraid he will go much higher

Posted by: dielonthug Jan 10 2011, 02:06 PM

Im really interested to see where Clayborn goes, he was a top 5 pick pre season, some say he wont go in the top 20 even now because of character issues and a so-so season. The guy is a stud though, got double teamed alot this year, will be great anywhere he lands

Posted by: cardinal Jan 10 2011, 08:04 PM

Great to see you're making mock drafts again this year! I'll put mine up soon and we can compare like last year.

i do...my favorite is Cereal Guy

Posted by: Gadsden86 Jan 12 2011, 09:50 PM

If Blain Gabbert is on the board for the phins at 15 they will take him. They need a qb and can fix the line in FA.

Posted by: Gadsden86 Jan 12 2011, 09:52 PM

Few other things. 1 Blackmon is going back to school. Also why would KC take a QB? Cassell did really good this year. You wana get rid of him already? If so you may be the only KC fan i know who thinks so.

He's not the QB that KC is looking for. Sure his number on paper look decent, but he's not KC qb of the future. Even non KC fans agree with it, or at least the people I've talked with. It just sucked that they're paying him so much money, so they won't look for someone else.

Posted by: tyrodsports Jan 15 2011, 08:27 AM

Cam Newton to Washington, everyone is calling this. lol. And are you predicting ATL and Bal in the Superbowl....

yeah i got BAL/ATL in the Super Bowl

Looking more and more like Blaine Gabbert will be the first QB chosen, also Blackmon and Janoris Jenkins are returning to school...good looking mock though I hope Prince falls to the Cowboys

And both of you are wrong in the same night!

Posted by: babybraves05 Jan 16 2011, 12:56 AM

personally, i think the qb's are right here man. Mallett I think is the most Pro Ready, and I think Newton is the most dangerous... I agree that Bowers will go to carolina probably, especially with rivera getting the nod there, but a small part of me, being that I live here in Carolina, and that I watch and love SEC football, wants them to take A.J. Green. They need offense way more than defense, and I think A.J. will be better than Calvin Johnson, just my own opinion though.

Good mock though, I really hope that the colts draft o-Line or Defense this year in the first round, god knows we need it!

Posted by: yilduz Feb 13 2011, 04:20 PM

So, what happened with Jenkins and why did you move Brandon Harris up to #13 for the Lions?

Posted by: tj4eck Feb 13 2011, 04:22 PM

jenkins went back to school

Posted by: yilduz Feb 13 2011, 04:25 PM

Ah, got it. I don't really follow college much, but I start paying attention to the prospects in about march or so.

Is Brandon Harris good? I saw that you moved him up six positions because he was the next CB in line. The Lions certainly need help in the secondary, but if there is someone on the board in another position with more talent, they may wait until round 2 to grab a CB.

Posted by: tj4eck Feb 13 2011, 04:38 PM

Yeah Brandon Harris is a real good CB
he's a physical CB with a good blend of speed and size

Posted by: cardinal Feb 14 2011, 05:07 PM

I would commit mass arson if the Titans took Ryan Mallett #8 overall.

Also, I would be really shocked if Green and Miller went 10th and 12th.

Otherwise great mock!

Why would A.J. Green drop?

id like to see clayborn drop to 20 and the bucs snatch him up!! he would fit right in their young team and solidify the d-line!!!! GO BUCS!!!!!!

I know everyones doubting the QB pool this year.. but I think you're on the right track with 3 QB's in the top 10.. There's a huge need for so many teams at QB, and a lot of talent.. Teams will gamble I think... Could be 4 as WAS needs one as well.

After today, Ryan Mallett might be lucky just to get drafted...

Posted by: cardcrazed Mar 1 2011, 04:31 PM

I agree we will definitely draft O-line, with Saturday getting older it is possible we draft a center! I haven't researched the center depth in this draft so not sure if that is something we would secure in free agency!

Paea isnt a fit for the 3-4 d we play and is espected to go 2nd or 3rd
Round now if we go dt in round 1 it will be for a 3-4 nose tackle ie phil taylor

Posted by: cardcrazed Apr 25 2011, 08:48 PM

I have been thinking and I think the Colts will do something extreme in this draft! I am going out on a limb and I think we draft a QB in either the 1st or 2nd round! Peyton needs a successor and this class is pretty decent!
