QUOTE(crpalmi @ Jul 22 2012, 03:26 PM) I am adding one box of 2009 Exquisite but then have to take out 3 boxes from the 2010 Limited case to get us to budget. I would only want to break up a sealed case for a special reason like the last ever box of 06NT. No reason to include a box of EX09 no one really wants(except as last high end option). |

QUOTE(crpalmi @ Jul 20 2012, 10:38 AM) No, I was able to find 2 so we're set there. That 2nd box in that one could be on the chooping block if we can't meet our budget so I'll keep an eye on that as we may end up just sliding that box over to this break if it's not used in the High End. If those are probably the last NT06 we will see can we drop part of the limited instead of the NT.I know I've stated that open case's should not be used in this break but I think this is a special 1 off, I would rather keep the high end and drop the filler product. The limited could be used as filler next month |

QUOTE(crpalmi @ Mar 5 2012, 07:23 PM) I'm hoping for all NT but I don't see how we'll be able to afford two cases. 2010 is running about $1800 on a good day which only leaves us about $1200 for 11NT which is presale at $1600. Once we know how many teams we expect to be filled I'll run some numbers and see if we need to up the ante for April or skip one of the 2010 boxes and just do 3 of the 4 boxes in that case. yeah i saw that, 08 is right at 400 with 3 in a case so that could save a little, I wouldnt mind a 1 month hike to cover 10/11. 115 is the perfect number wouldnt want to move it for more than a month. The one thing i absolutely want to avoid is split cases or 3 of 4 boxes to us and 1 to hobby, sealed only. |

QUOTE(crpalmi @ Feb 27 2012, 06:48 PM) I would rather not raise the fee to add Playbook I have no problem waiting a week, or longer to do the planned NT. And the stick with 2 Five star for march. This is the image given for the 1 per pack Playbook Rookie hit. I dont like book cards and really dont like the ones that do it for no reason like this. I just moved a book card from a make-shift case made from 2 top loaders taped together, it was stored like this for about a year and a half, open so you could see the face. When I tried to close it, it cracked the spine right down the center leaving a large permanent crease. Now this was just a patch card so it wasnt a big deal, but what if it was one of the awesome books chris pulled this week like the manning, falcon 1/1 or 1/1 double shield I would have been devastated. Its just not right to have to choose between actually seeing your card or risk storing it open and never being able to close it again for fear of damaging it. The card wont close and springs back open if I try to close it. |
