Transactions are tracked through our extensive transaction reporting tools where you can immediately view any member's completed, failed and pending transactions as well as additional details related to those transactions. In addition, one of the unique aspects of TCC is that we don't require new members to send first. Instead, we openly encourage our members to send at the same time - whether they're dealing with a new member or not. A large percentage of our members have embraced that approach. However, other members prefer a different approach. Ultimately, that decision is left to each and every member. We simply ask that any personal requirements related to shipping are discussed as part of the transaction negotiation stage. -Bob
