He just looks like a regualr 41 year old joe out there this season.

The Brewers ripped him pretty hard last nite.

If he pitches on Saturday vs St Louis I get to see him again.

I have tickets to June 11th game at Busch Stadium.

Interesting story, I saw one of his first appearances in a MLB game vs the Cubs at Wrigley. It may have even been his first appearance as an expo in September 1987 or 1988...

Not sure about saying a "regular" 41-year-old guy. laugh.gif I would agree that he's not doing quite as good this year though. Although, he does still have 73 strikeouts at this point.

It looks like Johnson's debut was on 9/15/88 and then they played at Chicago on 9/20 and 9/21, so maybe it was his 2nd appearance? http://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/MON/1988_sched.shtml for the Expos 1988 schedule from Baseball-Reference.com.

Have you seen the size of his hands? One day there was a card show here in Jacksonville, Florida, (yea hurricane alley), anyway they had a mold cast of his hand, my hand fit into it and there was enough room for two more hands to boot, haha

Well, the Yankees and Johnson found their groove against the Pirates. Johnson pitched a 5-hitter tonight in a 6-1 win. He had 11 strikeouts and no walks.
