Not necessarly, that's been held back along with 1 or 2 other cards, for a few people. Sorry I couldn't answer all of the PM's during & right after the breaks it got a little overwhelming, plus I like to take a little time deciding what's gonna be P/C, I spent a lot of $ I need to recoup a portion of that so it's not a total blood bath.
