The above answer is correct.

Bob asked him some simple questions and answers were not provided!

He may very well be a nice guy, but the fact remains that he certainly and admitttedly violated the trust and cred he had earned here by his actions on ebay!

Claiming ignorance of the crime as an excuse for his actions did not bode well for him either. It is hard to believe that one who performed the illegal action multiple multiple times was completely ignorant of his actions!

He is not banned but if im not mistaken any post he makes must be approved by Bob first.

What he did was wrong. Period.
I never bonded with him in any way but everyone deserves a second chance.

In addition I believe he may have been rude or not polite in pm's with mods or Bob.
So it is more than to this than meets the eye.
