The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

cards1 receives:

airsoft shotgun w/250 bb's

need it before saturday 2/4 07

Pejarox7620 receives:

8 g/u and autos of his choice

already picked.

I just got my end.... I have a few things to say though...

1. the gun was broke in 2 different places

As a next step, I'd suggest that you provide a more detailed explanation of the damage and even include pictures if possible. Then, I'm sure Pejarox7620 will respond.

write around the triger is were its cracked and it goes up about and inch by the stock
the other part is rite by the pump...it goes up about 2 inches

Honestly, that reason doesn't hold up very well. You seem to be implying that you haven't sent yet due to the condition issue. However, you should have sent your end before you ever even saw the gun for the first time.

Ok i was wondering about that crack issue myself can you provide pictuers and is it substantial? I mean the gun works perfectly fine right? I packaged it with peanuts and securly. Bob to be honest it didnt seem like Cards1 didnt want to do the trade from the begining after i sent the gun he tried to send it back to me and i didnt want that unless i got my money back ( i spent $3 on the box and $12 for shipping) then he said he would send me a $15 gu but i said it isnt the same as $15....Then he said he would be able to do the trade and i still havent received....so no matter what im pretty sure im losing money on this transaction...

you didnt pakage with peanuts....lol you package it with newspaper and the gun was on the bottom of the box with no protection on the bottom.

I shot it once to see if it works..it does but when you pump it the gun half th gun shifts to the side.

No i didnt know it had crack. Im sorry i was wrong i didnt use peanuts i remeber i did use newspaper, i didnt have enough packing peanuts from sending my mcfarlane to someone to use on the gun but i didnt know it had cracks and even if it did when i had it was insignificant because it works just like new. Cards1 can you describe shift to the side? How does that happen? And Bob does it sound like im going to lose money in this deal no matter what i do....i mean to me it sux because i lose $15 for no reason really just because he desides after we make the deal that he doesnt want to do it....i never had this happen before but i guess i just gotta suck it up and take the loss because it sounds like hes not going to send my cards....

I just dont know if I should send all the cards I was going to...because the gun is cracked but if we can make out a nother deal that inculdes the gun and my cards if it was ok with you?

I just want this deal to be over with. This has been horrible from the begining to be honest, and i know im going to get ripped off some money no matter what because i know hes probably not going to send my cards. And can i ask you this Cards1 Does the "crack" effect the gun at all? Bob, so what happens if he doesnt do anything about this? Am i just going to get ripped off? Im sorry if i sound a little pissed off but this is getting out of hand....

peja - I know how you feel but i'm going to SEND the cards!! I just dont know if I should take any cards out because the crack does effect the gun.... below the trigger is the only peice thats keeping it together.

What do you plan on taking out then....The most important card i want in there is the Len Dawson. Ill let you take out 1 just list the cards of the whole deal, the Len Dawson, The ricky williams, etc...list them all and tell me which one you want to take out....this trade has gone on way too long....

Why even trade for it if you werent going to use it in the first place? And it shoot perfectly fine and everything....I mean its like me spending money for you to use my gun for the weekend you needed it or something its not fair....Just send me the important cards like the Len Dawson, Ricky Williams rc auto, the high end game used, and the other auto. Doesnt that sound far Bob?

I'm not going to send all the high end cards. THE GUN SHIFTS SO WARE YOU CANT SHOOT IT. BTW I was going to use it. but I need something else out of this because you want me to send High end cards when I get nothing out of it besides a broken gun.

How do i know you didnt break it? I sent it perfectly fine and you were suposed to send a long time ago when we first made the trade when you didnt do what your suposed to. Bob isnt that wrong in the first place? Then what cards do you plan on sending from the deal?

WHY?! I sent you a perfectly fine gun then you probably go and break it when your suposed to send in the first place. You were suposed to send the cards when we made the deal. Send at the same time, that means we send at the same time.....When will i get my cards?! This is seriously making me mad. I may have to contact someone to get my cards because it seems like your not giving them up. Can i have your adress?

I do have a Bowman Chrome box incoming. I have a box topper thats uncirculated its a rc refractor, it can be auto, and #/1 #/5 #/25 etc. LMK

I got cards i think from this guy but the return adress had my adress only so i wouldnt have his adress i think because i think everyone would know he is a scammer. But i know he is from Saint Louis,MO because the post office stamped it Saint Louis, MO so i would take caution "trading" with this guy because he is a scammer. He didnt even send the right cards.....He sent 1 card that was the right one and not even the main card. The suposed Len Dawson Legends auto he has. And he told me he got bent from a friend and he said its in bad condition now, then in a recent post he posted asking if someone had any interest in the card. I have a lot of evidence proving he is a scammer and i can post it if anyone is interested i have a lot of his PM's.....Im going to try my best so that no one gets ripped off by this scammer anymore. NEVER TRADE WITH THIS GUY!

bob - I didnt send all 8 cards...we made a deal that i send at least the ricky williams rc auto.... I sent a tomlinson jersey, daul jersey, rafael araujo rc auto/jersey, and extra inserts....and he told me he ecieved!!

I finally got what i was supose to. He sent after he wanted to make another trade. So i got the cards i was suposed to in the first place. He wanted to make another trade with the original cards so i just received my cards.

cards1: No your not at all! I mean the ONLY way you should be able to trade is if you do send first. And i had to act like i was making another trade with you just to get you to send my original cards. You never sent when your supose to....you lied about having cards....and one more thing your not a fair trader....you ask for way too much for your cards....you asked for about $200bv in my cards for your $80.....Sorry but i dont want to deal with you anymore. I finally got my cards i was suposed to 1 month ago so im done with dealing with you....Hopefully no one has to go through what i did....i wouldnt mind you trading with other people if you sent first because at least they know they are getting there cards. that is not right..i'm pissed....you send me a broken gun..then I give in a send you 3 good cards and inserts..then we make a nother trade and you ripped me off...because you agreed with me on getting 3 auto/game used cards and inserts worth $40 because i got a broken gun.... then we made a nother trade and I give $80 worth and I dont get poop. thats a total of $120 on cards I wasted and I get a broken gun. that is wrong and I would like my len dawson auto, brian urlacher, orton, rex, tomlinson and rafael araujo back asap.

but the trade is over and I gave him the cards and extra cards...

so i'm not a liar or scammer...

the gun was at the bottom of the box and all there was, was newspaper on the top of the gun...
