To be honest you have had 3 failed within the last 8 months, to get off of restrictions, you probably need to make those failed transactions right, and then work through the required amount of restricted transactions where you must send first. That is usually how it works but a CZT member can tell you best. Your best bet is to pm a CZT member like urbanmonk, RGBII, finestkind, or one of the others.
