So these actually arrived on Saturday, but it took a while to sort and categorize, then scan them to make it all worthwhile. Anyway, here's todays new additions:
Couple of insert issues that I had not acquired a card of yet, love the die-cut features on the color guard, banner season and hat trick cards. The Roy Star Factor was a nice find after all these years.
Big numbers is right, love the cel-fusion technology used to give the Plexiglas feel.
And some more die cut variety, plus me first certified red from this set...
Forsberg Mystery Finest, plus some Patrick Roy base I did not have..
Loaded base set of stars that I oddly didn't have anything from yet - 97-98 Invincible, even a silver parallel.
Invincible NHL Regime - one of those odd inserts sets found in sets, plain compared to the base set...
Some Sakic base issues I hadn't tracked down yet
Part 2 of the project:
More Sakic and a couple Hejduks. Nothing like a player eating some lunch for a different take on a card...
Svatos and Liles more recent issues
Variety of Set fillers
Previously missing Forsbergs, no longer missing...
A unique Forsberg issue from NHL 2002 video game, some adds for my 97-98 Omega Project.
Funny how the two Pacific cards were taken at the same game, I will have to see how the other cards look from that set, maybe they took the whole set there?
More adds for the Omega Project, plus an Ice Blue Crown Royale is the first of it's kind to find it's way here...
To finish, by far the most unique pieces of the lot, two #'d issues from the Fabric of the Game insert set, a Forsberg "Silks" insert (also got a Sakic not pictured), and a Sakic game Face cel-fusion die-cut.
All in all about 100 new cards added to the PC this day, and about 80 more to put up on the tradelist in the never ending quest for more cards
nice mail
Very sweet mail.
Thanks. Trying to find a way to really show off that Star Factor issue, that thing shines like crazy...except on the scanner..
Very sweet Avs cards!
