I screwed up on Mike's and am just really upset about it.

When I went to mail his cards, I had all the packages together. I had to use the Automated Postal Center because the post office closed early on Saturday. It wouldn't let me mail to Canada because I didn't have a customs label. So, I set Mike's package aside to mail today.

Unless I dropped it into the mail with the other packages accidentally, I left the package on the counter at the post office. I thought I had put the package back into my bag, but when I went to get it this morning to mail, it wasn't there. I can't find it anywhere. It's not at the post office and no one turned it in, so unless it gets sent back to me, or it magically shows up in Mike's mail box, then I'm afraid it's probably gone.

I'm very very sorry Mike. I'm terribly torn up about this. I'll refund your money, no problem. Let me know if that's what you want me to do, or if there's something else you want to do to resolve this.

Mike's going to buy an additional team in this month's break and also get a discount on next month's break to cover the extra $20.

So, in sum, I will cover the cost of him buying an additional team this month and also provide him an additional $20 towards next month's break to cover the difference.
