Force reduction. There's more to it, nothing negative forced the decision, would rather keep it simple. Too much seniority and time in to go to another branch.

doing fine, they are moving out some voluntary departures to conserve some resources. My family and I are hanging out since school started back up and all. We are 230 miles away to the north and the winds are blowing south and east so we should be fine.
