QUOTE(northicehero99 @ Feb 27 2011, 02:50 PM) 1. The entire collection has 245 cards in the series & I was just wondering if storing them in an album would it be better to store them back to back or singularly?. Depends on your preference. When I put base sets into pages I look at using less pages, but everyone has different preferences. I rarely care about the back so I store them back to back, except for expensive cards like rookies or inserts, but if you like to read player stats or the cards are dual sided you may want to do singularly. It also depends on the cards stock thickness. Really thin cards fit well back to back but thicker cards only fit one per slot. I look at this as is the card easily replaceable should I ding it, then if yes, I put it in back to back. Base cards typically fall into this category for me. 2. If storing them singularly how many pages would I need to store my collection?. this is 245 divided by 9 or 27.2 pages = 28. Don't forget to add a few pages for inserts, parallels, etc. 3. Similarly if I was storing my collection back to back how many pages would I need to store my collection?. this is 245 divided by 18 or 13.6 pages = 14. Again you might need more for inserts, parallels, etc. Thanks for the great help northicehero99, really appreciate it. |
