I have x2 of the Nolan Ryan bloody lip signed photo and x1 of the Nolan Ryan fight with Robin Ventura signed photo. Each photo is a 16x20 and comes with Steiner COA.

$85 (shipping included) for each photo. $230 for all three. These are well below eBay prices so I expect these to go fast. First to claim these gets them. PM me or comment below if you're interested.

Let's make a deal! Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Does TCC have a twitter? I just joined twitter a week or two ago to help increase my exposure for card related things I have for sale. There is a big collecting community on twitter and it's likely that many of them don't know about the site.

I found TCC back in 2008 when I was 13 years old. I was in middle school and going through a time when I was trying to figure out who I was and I didn't have a lot of friends. But I had collected baseball cards since I was three and I had a friend who collected baseball cards, so I made baseball cards a big part of my life. TCC was such a friendly, and child-friendly, community that I felt like I fit right in. I remember the excitement of getting home from school and logging on to TCC and having new PMs from people I was negotiating trades with. The TCC community really helped me through those years.

But my favorite memory has to be winning a contest on this thread. The contest was to build your dream team with the cards of each of the players you would put on the team. I had a Rogers Hornsby Triple Threads relic, a Babe Ruth bat card, and a Stan Musial autograph that made my entry one of the better ones. I was so intent on winning, though, that every time I would PM someone about a trade, I would tell them to make sure to vote in this awesome contest that was going on. Looking back at it now, it was a little dishonest. But the amount of joy winning that contest brought to 14 year old me was priceless. Richard gave me a Roger Clemens Autograph /10. I remember he signed a piece of cardboard and inscribed it with his signature "collect hard" and I kept that piece of cardboard in the front of one of my binders. I bragged about the Clemens auto and the RGBII auto to my collector friend for weeks. I don't think there has every been a time before or since then that collecting has brought me so much joy. The notion that someone could be so kind and generous to me just for the sake of being kind and generous was humbling. Both Richard and Shawn were sort of collecting gods in my 14 year old mind because of this thread. Winning that contest and following all of the other contests on this thread will be a part of collecting that I will never forget.

Thank you so much for the contest! I have been in the process of selling the bulk of my collection (as in the 30,000 base and inserts I have) since I can't take of it to college with me, but I would love to see this thread and this site make a comeback. They are still two of my favorite things and I would be excited to renew my participation in them. Thanks again for the contest!

Just for the record, I was in no way, shape, form, or fashion trying to degrade or criticize this deal smile.gif    I was simply curious.  Let me see how much money I have Friday when I get paid, I may buy a box from you.

I've been dealing with people all day that seemed to want to dispute things so that's my mistake in how I read it. That sounds great! I hope we can make a deal. PM me anytime. Thanks!

Im interested but just curious.  1000 count box for 25 dollars?  How much of that is just base?
*

The majority are base. It's all of my collection minus the game used and autographs, which I sold separately to a local buyer. So that are the same amount of inserts and numbered cards that you would find in packs and boxes. Please PM me with the quantity that you would like and I'll get them packaged up for you. Thanks!

I've been collecting since about the time I could walk but my collecting days are over for now. I'm moving off to college this August and I will no longer have the room to store my baseball cards and honestly I've lost interest in the hobby.

So that brings me to selling my cards. As I said, I don't have the room to take my cards with me and I need every penny I can get to pay for college expenses. I've made so many trades and purchases throughout the years that I have tens of thousands of cards. I have at least 30,000 cards with most of them being from 1995-2014. They are all different brands and products and years. You will find a mix of commons, superstars, rookies, inserts, numbered cards, old ball cards, and just about anything else you can think of, maybe even a game used or autograph or two. Since I have so many, I'm pricing these to sell.

I have these listed on eBay and I've already sold x4 3200 count boxes. My prices including shipping are

1000 card box - $25
3200 card box - $65
5000 card box - $90

Please note that nothing has been picked out and sold from this collection other than game used and autographs. Every card I've ever gotten is in this collection somewhere. Inserts have been divided between the boxes of cards so that you get a great quality box of cards with every box that you purchase.

Please PM me or post below if you are interested. Thanks!

I have a lot of 178 game used and/or autographed baseball cards for sale. There are a ton of great players in here. Some of the better names include Matt Holliday, Chase Utley, Prince Fielder, Elvin Andrus, Ian Kinsler, Randy Johnson, Curt Schilling, and so many more! I'm asking $250 dlvd for the lot. It's listed for $300 on eBay so I'm giving a deal to those who are on TCC. This lot will be great if you are looking to resell these individually or if you're looking for some tradebait!

Please let me know if you are interested in the lot. I will listen to and consider any fair offer. I will accept paypal, money, or cash for payment. The lot will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail. Just let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

I know I've been busy asking questions on here lately, but I have another one that's been eating at me.

One month ago I sold an unwanted Best Buy Gift card on ebay. It was for $10 and sold for $9.70. Not bad, I thought. Being that it is a tiny piece of plastic, I sent it in a white envelope without delivery confirmation. Before shipping, I saw the buyer had a small amount of feedback with only one negative mark so I felt no reason to read the feedback. This was my mistake. It turns out that the member actually has 14 negative ratings and 6 of them are for not receiving gift cards. It's just that under the newer ebay feedback layout, seller cannot leave negative feedback without filing an ebay claim first.

The bottom line is; is there anything I can do? I've already issued a refund so I don't expect to get my money back. I would just like to know if there is anything I can do to prevent this from happening again to someone else.

Here is the link to their feedback:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...ck&myworld=true

Let me know if you have any suggestions or opinions. Thanks.

...when you buy my stuff on eBay. Link is under my name. Just a couple cards for sale for now but there will be more every week. If you win an auction, message me on this site and I will include extra cards for free with your purchase.

Thanks for looking.

Okay. Thanks for all of the information. I've only shipped international a few times. I shipped to Korea about a month ago and it only took about two weeks. Never shipped to Canada though.

The person is a new trader so they didn't know either. It just seems ridiculous that they would send to Miami for a package headed to Vancouver. Seems like Seattle or any sizable city in the northwest would be a more efficient choice.

Also, one other question: I had to cut a box down to make it a more appropriate size for shipping the baseball. In doing so, the box was uneven in one place and looked terrible all over. So, I wrapped it in brown paper before shipping. I've done this before on domestic shipping with no problems but since they open and search international packages, should that be a problem? I assume at the least it will cause a delay?

I recently sold an autographed baseball to a person on another site who lives in Canada. No big deal, I thought. So I gladly sold it and shipped it to Canada. It costs a couple bucks extra but that was no big deal.

After two weeks, the person asked me where their baseball was. I looked it up on USPS.com by typing the customs form number. It says it went through a USPS Origin Sort Facility on July 3. Everything seems normal except for the fact that it went from Fayetteville, Arkansas to Miami, Florida on its way to Vancouver, Canada.

I'm just wondering if this is standard practice for international mail. It seems a bit odd that they would go 4000 miles out of the way before delivery. Should I be worried?

The first one I met at Walmart in the parking lot because he worked there and it is a populated place (with A LOT of security cameras). I had another person go with me just in case. The second one I met at my house because I sold a big (in size) item that wasn't card related.

I just sold another card today for $40. I'll be meeting them at Sam's Club (wholesale store owned by Walmart) tomorrow.
