Aside from the fact that the site still functions, it seems pretty much dead. There don't seem to be any updates or announcements any more recent than August. There was the one comment about discussions on the future of OC, but those types of comments are typically followed by a site closing or being bought by someone else who closes it. Currently I'm helping fill out the card lists for Baseball-almanac.com as it's the only site that seems to be updating or open to volunteer help.

Yea I haven't received any response yet on my update suggestions so I don't know if it is an active site. We'll wait and see.
The OC isn't dead, but as mentioned it hasn't been updated in a while. Jim, the owner of OC, had to put it alot lower on his priority list as other things were more important. He and Bob are trying to get OC back on track asap.
