Mike,

There is no time table for when one of us has the ability to review transaction, and close them out. Since, Sam additionally updated this transaction that would allow us to close it out, we needed your concurrence to do so. Whether we made the request while you were sleeping is a mute point and honestly comment was un-warranted. A simple, I confirm or agree with what Sam said, would have been sufficient to close this up.

We apologize if trying to maintain timeliness on the site's transactions system, is a hinderance. I guess we can never get it right.
