Folks, I have been remiss in informing the
membership about Bob's absence from the
site.

I received a lengthy message on my voice mail
from Bob on August 20th. He is extremely
involved in other matters that he will explain
when he has the chance. I apologize for the
vague description but it his responsibility,
and privacy that I will not tread upon.

He is alive and well. The site is paid for until
February of 2011. Trading Card Central will
survive and thrive even through his absence.

I'd like to thank each and every member of the
site, the Team and visitors for their patience
and continued contributions.

He is actually is trying out for the Pittsburgh Pirates. They figured why not give another local guy a shot to play in the big leagues.

Appreciate the concern, but that particular avenue
is well-covered. The "contributions" comment was concerning
posts and trading/sales.

Good to know Bob's OK

Now I gotta think he's got a bet with someone maybe his wife that he can stay off the site for X amount of time. Whatever it is must be big a big deal for him because I know how he felt about his site.
