Ok. I thought I added a poll. I'm assuming it went invisible so I'll wait and see what comes of it. Basically, I'm looking for feedback on what we break in the following months if this should become a monthly break. I prefer to stay within the Topps brands but would be open to doing something like Diamond Kings or GOTG.

I, too, love the Triple Threads. However, I'd like to stay away from the premium products at this time. I do have plans in the future of hosting a premium break but I want the 15X15 to be about everyone getting something. $15 a person and we only get 2 cards so only 2 or maybe even 1 will get something is a little riskier than what I think this group should be about, IMO. Although, I am flexible if there is a clear majority opinion. I do plan on doing breaks like this in the future but, first, I'd like to get this group going strong. Then, I think possibly a case busting group. Then premium. Thank you for your input.

In addition, I don't necessarily think this group should be limited to retro product. For example, 2011 Topps base is set to release February 16. Plus, Topps Chrome is a fine product.

In light of recent information, it seems that Topps may honor expired redemptions in some form. Therefore, if we pull them, the member will keep the redemption. If you receive the redemption and are still uncomfortable with the possibility of Topps not honoring the redemption, you can contact me via PM and either I will approach Topps on your behalf or I will replace it with something from my collection. Your choice. I don't have experience with expired redemptions so I will default to the collective knowledge of the more experienced members.

Sooooooooooo. I think that went ok for my first group box break. I already know that I'm not going to do that many boxes at one time again...probably max 3. For $38/ box I didn't think we did too bad but I would have been seriously disappointed if we had busted those boxes when it released.

That was weird. The sell sheet said one AU or Relic/ box. In 2 of the boxes we didn't get either but in one box we got 2 relics. It also said 2 Chrome/ box and we averaged more than that. Wonder what was going on. I guess across the spread we did pretty well with all the chrome cards we received and getting the AU + the 2 Buy Backs. I'll have a list soon.

OK. Sorry it took so long to get to this. It's been a crazy week and a half between school, birthdays, and work. The teams have been sorted. The multi-team and non-sport cards have been randomized and I will get these packaged up and sent out ASAP. One thing I forgot to list was the SPs. Some of you are going to be very pleased on this end. I will update transactions with a list of all the cards you'll receive.

Once again, I apologize for this taking so long to wrap up. Everything that's headed for one of the states is on its way. For the packages heading to other countries, I am taking off early tomorrow so I can be sure to get to the PO before it closes.
Please accept my sincere apology and thank you for your patience. At this time, I don't think I'm cut out to be a break host and won't be hosting any more paid breaks until I receive that pretty little teaching certificate and have my summers free. Perhaps, the situation will change once that happens. Now that I have seen what actually goes into hosting a break, I have a much greater appreciation for the guys who do this well. From here forward, my contributions to the site will be in the contest and giveaways forum and the baseball trading forum. Swing by and say hey sometime. In addition, I will be hosting a free break for all of you in the near future. I will let you know when as soon as I know.

Thanks for taking a shot at hosting, Marc. Yea, not an easy task sometimes. Especially when there is a lot of sorting to do and if you do Press Pass Football.....geeeez...you gotta figure what team they are on too...
