This contest is to see who can put together a line of 3 players that will accumulate the most points in the Stanley Cup Finals series.
1 point will be awarded for each assist. 2 points will be awarded for each goal.
I will use the box score from NHL.com to determine the points by each player for each game.
So take a look at the Kings and Devils rosters on NHL.com and pick a line-up of any three players from either team.
Submit your picks as in a 1, 2, 3 format like below, listing the players and their teams to avoid any confusions if two players have the same name:
1 Player 1 - Kings 2 Player 2 - Devils 3 Player 3 - Devils
The tie-breaker questions will be: "What will be the total number of goals scored in this series?"
The closest one will win, if we still have a tie, then the secondary tie breaker will be:
"What will Broduer's save percentage be?"
Prizes will include: 10-11 Artifacts Frozen Artifacts Patrick Elias dual gu red/blk #/35 05-06 SP Game Used Authentic Fabrics Steve Yzerman red GU GU from the Kings (have to see what I have) Plus several other items of the collectors favorite hockey team (assuming I have something for that team)
So submit your rosters and two tie-breaker questions before 7:30 PM EST on Wednesday May 30th. Good Luck!

And the winner is aceecards!!!His lineup had a big push tonight (guess so with 6 Kings goals) as he got 2 goals from Carter, and 3 assists (Kopitar, Doughty x2) to finish with 23 points (7 last night). Congrats Steve, please send me your address and I am guessing you like the Blues??? Here are the rest of the results: GamerRoy pushed aceecards at the end getting 5 points with 4 points from Brown (2 assists & goal) and an assist from Kopitar to finish with 17 points. moparcudaz did a leapfrog getting three goals one from Henrique and 2 from Carter to move to 14 points. yankeesjetsfan also moved up with the 2 assists from Doughty to 12 points. otis0220's 2/3rds Devils lineup was just not enough as he only got an assist by Kopitar to move to 11 points. captkirk also was slowed by his 2/3 rds Devils lineup as he also only got an assist by Kopitar to end up tied with 11 points. Thank you everyone for playing. Steve send me a pm, please. Thanks.

QUOTE(19th Century Indiana Jones @ Jun 11 2012, 08:33 PM) It's as if the Kings have the refs in their pocket. I know I'm new to this, but I'm spotting a lot of crap the Kings are getting away with when they are home. And why doesn't the Devils send the puck all the way down the other way when they are on the short end of a powerplay? Other teams do it....On the officiating you will learn that you see more accuracy out of WWF refs than the NHL. One thing they never are is consistent, and sometimes they call everything, other times nothing, and this occurs from shift to shift and game to game. It is horrible that the 5 minute powerplay determined the outcome of the game. I think it was the right call, however Scuderi got himself in a bad position. It looked to me like he decided to turn back at the last second which opened him up for the hit on the numbers, had he kept skating the hit would have been on his shoulder IMO and it appeared Bernier held up on what could have been a massive hit, he just caught him off balance forcing him head first into the boards. I also thought Brown got away with several borderline hits, but that is the NHL.
