Here's what I suggest: Simply tell him they're faulty and say you would like to send them back. Explain what happened and provide pictures if you can. Of course, post this in the transaction.

I just tried sending a PM to him asking him to update this but his Inbox is full.

So, here's what's up:

1. crazygood has not sent his end of the deal
2. crazygood seems to want to return the DVDs
3. crazygood hasn't update this transaction saying such, and until he does it's going to be assumed he's going to stay with this deal
4. crazygood won't reply to requests asking for an update on this deal

Effective immediately, we're going to stop speaking for crazygood. If crazygood wishes to continue to have the ability to be involved in transactions, he's going to have to learn to update his own transactions and to do so without constant reminders and assistance from members of the Collector Zone Team.

Glad to hear that you received the card. In the future, please refrain from using profanity - even when frustrated. Honestly, it doesn't help the situation at all and often just makes things worse.
