But how do I add cards to my collection? I feel like I must be missing something VERY simple, and feel foolish asking this... Any help?

Tom,

Start by finding the desired cards by using any of the browse or search tools. Once you locate the cards, then you just need to click the checkboxes next to any cards that you want to add to your inventory or want list and then click the button to add those cards.

Please note that the ability to add cards to your inventory and want list is only available once you create an account and log in using that account.
