Hey guys, its been a while! Not sure if this is the right thread or not, butttt


how would I go about getting a name change for the forum? I've changed my eBay name and countless other things, and quite frankly I'm trying to switch everything over to my new name. Hopefully some can help me out.

In the past the site has not generally allowed members to change usernames. Bob did not like to do that, but I am not sure why. You will have to see what RGBII (Richard) or the CZT says.

Regardless of name change or no, welcome back!

You might have a sliver of hope since your original screen name includes a mild cuss-word.

Brian is right. Bob has been MIA from the site for over a year now. We haven't had many requests from people to change their screen names. We generally don't allow it. It would be confusing for other people if we did allow it.

well the reason i want to change it is because a few months ago someone hacked my bank info and most of my personal profiles (credit cards, credit reporting usernames, ebay, aol mail, etc.) were some variation of the damnws6 name. so i am slowly buy surely switching everything over. on top of that, im currently in the process of starting a sports card blog and want my name on here to match that.

When new members are waiting to be validated, we check to see if they have other screen names using their IP address. If someone has more than one scree name, they get deleted and blocked. I saw one member with 61 other screen names. I'll ask the rest of the CZT about the name change. I'll get back to you about it. Send me a PM Sunday to remind me. I'm old and forget easy.
