Bought this off of SCD

Phil Kessel Yellow Printing Plate Totally Certifield #1/1

Paid $10 S&H Included Cost him over 7 To ship so plate less then $3

Also he added these free Cards
Silver 13/14 Base Prime Silver# /50 Max Pacioretty
Regular Base 13/14 Prime Brad Boyes # /299

Like most other type of card these days, overproduction has caused the price/value to plummet. Which can be a good or bad thing, depending how you look at it.
